Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: January 2026 • Governed under Laws of India
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or booking flights and hotels via Vihari Tourism, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all applicable airline fare rules, hotel policies, and government aviation regulations.
2. Flight Bookings & Airline Tariffs
Vihari Tourism acts as an authorized travel booking agent utilizing airline inventory through direct distribution networks:
- Passenger Names: Names entered during booking must match the government-issued photo identity card (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport) exactly. Airlines do not permit name transfers once a PNR is ticketed.
- Check-in & Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior for international flights.
- Schedule Changes: Operating airlines reserve the right to reschedule, reroute, or cancel flights due to operational, weather, or air traffic conditions. Vihari Tourism will assist passengers in securing alternate flights or refunds as authorized by the airline.
3. Cancellations & DGCA Refund Policy
Cancellations and amendments are subject to the specific airline fare rules chosen at the time of booking:
In accordance with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations, all statutory taxes and airport development fees (UDF, PSF) are 100% refundable upon cancellation, regardless of whether the base fare is refundable or non-refundable.
Refunds for airline-canceled flights or customer cancellations are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 banking days following airline credit approval.
4. Hotel Reservations
- Check-in and check-out timings are established by individual hotel properties (typically 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM check-in). Early check-in is subject to property availability.
- Primary guests must present a valid physical government-approved ID with address at check-in (PAN cards are generally not accepted as address proofs by hotels under local municipal rules).
5. Limitation of Liability
Vihari Tourism acts strictly as a booking facilitator. We shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, baggage loss, flight delays, missed connections, or unforeseen force majeure events beyond our direct control.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
